Forage harvester headers.
ORBIS: Powerful bite, easy harvest.Named a 2021 Top-10 New Product winner by World Ag Expo®, the ORBIS has seen many subtle refinements that deliver greater overall harvesting efficiency, faster unfolding and superior performance - even in down-crop situations
The row-independent CLAAS ORBIS.The row-independent ORBIS corn header range (900/750/600/450) combines new ideas with regard to structure and drive, and the years of global experience amassed by CLAAS. The high standard of the functional reliability and benefits of this all-new design are yours to enjoy, every minute in the field.
AdvantagesTwo sensor wands each gauge two rows of corn. The signals generated by these sensors are translated into appropriate steering impulses. The JAGUAR steering is automatic up to a speed of 7.5 mph (12 km/h). Twin-row sensing allows automatic steering in row widths of 14.76" to 31.5" (37.5 cm to 80 cm).
Free-running drive. With 11% less starting torque than comparable models, the low power requirement significantly reduces fuel consumption and enhances the overall performance of the forage harvester. As the outstanding chopping quality is maintained even during forage trailer changeovers, overall performance is increased.
Customizable companion.Time-consuming maintenance is a nuisance and a cost factor, cutting into your profit margin. With ORBIS, wear-resistant parts ensure high long-term reliability.
