2021 Grimme REXOR 6200 Platinum
6-row, 20 t bunker capacity, low costs, highest cleaning performance, 530 HP (stage IV)The 6-row, 530 HP strong REXOR 620 is a 2-axle beet harvester with 20 t (30 m³) large bunker. The chassis concept with the dog-legged left and right hand side positioning of the wheels for lifting enables the machine to roll over the entire soil surface. 6 axial rollers and three following cleaning turbines assure a good soil and trash separation. The combination of intelligent drive technology, perfectly matched hydraulic and cooling system, automotive driving in the speed range between 1150 and 1500 rpm as well as enhanced engine control (exhaust gas standard stage IV) turns the REXOR 620 into the most economical self-propelled beet harvester of its class.
Gentle digging without fractures of the root tipsThe hydraulically driven Oppel wheel lifts the crop out of the ground in an extremely gentle way and with minimal earth build-up.
Harvesting the whole beetThe result of defoliation with a FM is a completely leaf-free beet head without scalping the crop.
High throughputHigh output through the 900 wide and 500 mm high channel of the transporting conveyor.
Walking shares incl. single share height adjustmentAs an alternative to Oppel wheels, the so-called walking shares can be selected to lift the crop out of the ground.
Features may include:
HIGH STABILITY ON SLOPES- The standard slope stability system BaSYS, in conjunction with the low machine centre of gravity and the distribution auger, which is decoupled from the ring elevator and can therefore be lowered independently, ensures a high slope stability.
MAXIMUM MASS YIELD- Two flail shafts are fitted to the defoliator type "FM" and therefore a scalper unit is not required. Loss of weight and loss of valuable ingredients, due to breathing during storage in the clamp, are kept to a minimum. The result is a perfect beet with a maximum of mass yield.
CLEAN CLAMPS- Since the rubber flails of the FM front mulcher and the multi chopper clean the beets all around and also remove withered beet leaf very well in dry stands, less beet leaf get in the clamps than with other defoliation systems. This means fewer deduction in the sugar factory.
OPPEL WHEEL OR WALKING SHARE?- Lifts the beet in an active but extremely gentle way from the ground
- An increased harvesting speed is possible without a loss of quality or loss of beets
- A large amount of trash is sieved off during the digging process
- Especially well in wet conditions
- The "rolling" movement of the Oppel wheels ensures a trouble-free operation in heavily weeded crops
- Gentle setting of the following cleaning units
Walking share:- Clean and reliable work in changing conditions
- Optimum visibility from the cab compared to conventional systems
- Especially well in dry conditions
- Easy maintenance due to easy access to the shares in the maintenance position
