2021 Grimme EVO Series 280

The GRIMME EVO 280 sets new standards in performance and efficiency. In the most difficult conditions, the EVO 280 with its three large separators, the unique, infinitely variable drive called "VarioDrive" and an 8-ton bunker enables a maximum output while at the same time protecting the crop. Various intake units are available for harvesting different crops. The telescopic axle ensures a safe road transport with a machine width of only 3.00 m on the one hand. On the other hand, it ensures maximum driving stability in the field as the axle can be extended by an impressive 500 mm.

Depending on the cultivation method (rows, beds, flat beds etc.), a wide range of different vegetables such as carrots, celeriac, red beet or onions can also be harvested besides to potatoes.

The speed of the two finger belts can be separately adjusted by hydraulic means. They are thus optimally suited for use on soils with a high clod but low stone content.

The EasySep separator is used on light soils with small trash proportion and high throughputs.

The infinitely variable drive of the main webs is available for use in various conditions. The drive can be set independently of the PTO shaft speed of the tractor and can be reversed in case of blockages.

The EVO 280 is powerful but still compact in design to realize a transport width of 3 meter. The up to 3.5 meter telescopic axle ensures exceptional stability of the harvester even when the bunker is full.

The large bunker capacity of 8 t makes it possible to cover longer distances / longer fields in case of the same yields. The productivity of the harvester can thus be increased.

MyGRIMME offers various modules such as a powerful order management, an intuitive web shop, a map view and other functionalities such as a machine overview, so-called "geofencing" and a link to the data exchange platform agrirouter.
