The robust construction of the SC cross conveyors ensures a gentle crop transfer into storage. The conveyor with its 5 m, 7 m, 9 m or even 12 m range and 80 cm width convinces with a high throughput rate, which is about 30 % higher than before, with minimum impact on the crop.

Features may include:

• The special design of feeding funnel avoids effectively that crop remains at the edges.

• The trough shaped conveyor belts with its "actively conveying side walls" (without friction of the harvested crop on the frame of the conveyor) ensures a high capacity and a gentle transport of the crop. The slip-free, pulling belt drive (fitted at the upper end of the conveyor belt) ensures optimum operational safety under all conditions.

• For a careful crop handling at the transfer points, all conveyor belts are connected to each other via mechanical couplings. In the same way the store loader is connected to the last conveyor.

• Simple solution for a gentle and crop-protecting transfer from one conveyor to the next via soft, flexible and self-cleaning PU-fingers.

• The strong, closed design of the frame allows all rotating parts, such as rollers, to be protected for long service life.

• Optimum crop flow due to an infinitely variable belt speed (20 - 65 m/min)

• Optimized feeding funnel of the hopper: Avoids remaining crop at the edge of the feeding funnel

• Closed and strong frame construction ensures long lifetime, protects rollers or other turning parts

• Height adjustable at both sides for an easy integration into the line via ergonomical operable support winches.

• "Non-slip" pulled belt drive

• Gentle conveying by means of a trough-shaped belt, which thus simultaneously serves as an "active running side wall" (no frictional differential speed between crop and frame components).

• Easy to move and therefore simple to integrate into the storage line

• Optimum crop flow due to an infinitely variable belt speed (20 - 65 m/min)

• To reduce mechanical stress during transfer from one conveyor to the next, "SoftFlow", a transfer aid made of highly elastic and wear resistant polyurethane, is available. SoftFlow is able to reduce the strain up to 30 %.
