2023 HORSCH Partner 1600 FT

The rear hopper Partner HT is a double hopper. The total capacity is 2 800 litres, partitioned in a ratio of 40 : 60. This allows for metering two different components or one component from both hoppers to make use of the whole capacity.

In practice, the following applications are possible:

• One kind of fertiliser from both hoppers

• Two different fertiliser components (e. g. phosphor and potash fertiliser)

• Seed and fertiliser (rape and deep fertilisation)

• Two seeds, especially if the grain sizes differ considerably

Moreover, the targeted fertilisation increases efficiency and compared to conventional fertilisation saves costs. Especially for phosphate, the system helps to improve fertiliser efficiency. The placed fertiliser is immediately and permanently available to the plant.

The HORSCH Partner HT is linked at the 3-point of the tractor. It can be combined with HORSCH tillage tools (e. g. Terrano FM / MT / GX) via a lower link linkage at the Partner HT, a K 80 ball head coupling or a drawbar. Due to the design of the rear hopper the visibility into the working tool is optimum.

• Pressurised hopper – for metering and transporting high application rates, no dust formation in the front area of the tractor

• Different packer systems are available for the Partner FT

• Additional ballasting is possible

• Partner HT with interface lower link or ball hitch / drawbar coupling for mounting an implement

The single hopper with a capacity of 1 600 litres can be used in combination with the single grain seed drills Maestro RV / RX, the seed drills Express 4 KR, Taro line or for depth fertilisation in the tillage (Terrano FX) sector. There are also many options in the hybrid farming sector in combination with a Transformer VF or a Finer SL. The compact design of the Partner FT allows for an optimum front vision. The feed opening is rather large and allows for a quick filling with a front loader or a telehandler.

An additional weight of 360 kg can be added to the Partner FT (dead weight of 700 kg). The additional weight is available as an option. Thus, even with an empty front hopper, the tractor is balanced ideally. To guarantee an optimum soil protection the front hopper can be equipped with an intermediate packer: a RollPack packer with 280 kg or a tyre packer with an additional weight of 230 kg.

High throughput volumes are required when applying fertiliser to be prepared for all situations and operational speeds. Beside the possibility to apply high quantities, the advantage of the pressurised hopper Partner FT is that there is no dust formation in front of the tractor. The transport is carried out in a closed system to the fertiliser / seed coulter.

The targeted incorporation of fertiliser into the soil has a lot of advantages with regard to the nutrient availability and the fertiliser efficiency. The fertiliser depot is placed in the soil with additional fertiliser guide plates. For a wide range of tillage HORSCH offers the possibility to install a fertiliser mounting. These mountings consist of optimally co-ordinated pneumatic components and can be used with the Partner FT and HT.
