2023 HORSCH Partner 2000 FT

The rear hopper Partner HT is a double hopper. The total capacity is 2 800 litres, partitioned in a ratio of 40 : 60. This allows for metering two different components or one component from both hoppers to make use of the whole capacity.

In practice, the following applications are possible:

• One kind of fertiliser from both hoppers

• Two different fertiliser components (e. g. phosphor and potash fertiliser)

• Seed and fertiliser (rape and deep fertilisation)

• Two seeds, especially if the grain sizes differ considerably

Moreover, the targeted fertilisation increases efficiency and compared to conventional fertilisation saves costs. Especially for phosphate, the system helps to improve fertiliser efficiency. The placed fertiliser is immediately and permanently available to the plant.

The HORSCH Partner HT is linked at the 3-point of the tractor. It can be combined with HORSCH tillage tools (e. g. Terrano FM / MT / GX) via a lower link linkage at the Partner HT, a K 80 ball head coupling or a drawbar. Due to the design of the rear hopper the visibility into the working tool is optimum.

• Pressurised hopper – for metering and transporting high application rates, no dust formation in the front area of the tractor

• Different packer systems are available for the Partner FT

• Additional ballasting is possible

• Partner HT with interface lower link or ball hitch / drawbar coupling for mounting an implement

The Partner 2000 FT is a double hopper and has a capacity of 2 200 liter in total. Depending on the intended use, 2 basic versions are available:

Double hopper with 60 : 40 partition The design allows for applying seed and fertiliser, two seeds or two different fertilisers. The assignment of the two differentlysized hopper chambers can be selected at will.

Double hopper with 75 : 25 partition Combination of a large hopper capacity for seed or granulated fertiliser and a capacity of 550 litres for micro-granular compounds with the new HORSCH fine metering insert. The double hopper Partner 2000 FT is the ideal complement for all applications in the seeding and tillage sector where two components are required.

High throughput volumes are required when applying fertiliser to be prepared for all situations and operational speeds. Beside the possibility to apply high quantities, the advantage of the pressurised hopper Partner FT is that there is no dust formation in front of the tractor. The transport is carried out in a closed system to the fertiliser / seed coulter.

The basic equipment version of the Partner 2000 FT weighs 1 040 kg and can be equipped with an additonal weight of 360 kg. If the front hopper is used for sowing, the passively steered tyre packer distributes the total weight over a width of 1.30 m.

The targeted incorporation of fertiliser into the soil has a lot of advantages with regard to the nutrient availability and the fertiliser efficiency. The fertiliser depot is placed in the soil with additional fertiliser guide plates. For a wide range of tillage HORSCH offers the possibility to install a fertiliser mounting. These mountings consist of optimally co-ordinated pneumatic components and can be used with the Partner FT and HT.
