2020 Spudnik AirSep Eliminator 991

Patented AirSep technology separates rocks, heavy clods, vines, grass, and corn trash. It is more gentle than mechanical separation methods and will function in all weather conditions. Available in three sizes to meet the volume capacity.

Thanks to the dirt return belts, all separated foreign material is transported onto a single trash conveyor and discharged from the machine at a single location.

The 991 is 72-Inch wide to handle capacities of 2.000 sacks/h (90 tons/h)

Simple, industrial electrical controls make the machine easy to operate and control. In "Maintenance Mode" functions can be operated separately for maintenance.

Rocks sink down onto a rock conveyor and lighter material such as vines will blow up onto a trash belt exiting the machine in the back.
