I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (B.Com (Hon)) degree from the U of M and have spent over 20 years in the industry. I joined genAG from day one and have enjoyed every moment of working here. My passion lies in bringing diverse teams together and working towards a common goal.

While I love my job, nothing beats being a Mama. It's my favourite job title and I cherish every moment spent with my family. When I'm not busy with spreadsheets, you can find me spending quality time with my loved ones.

Speaking of spreadsheets, they are my love language. I find joy in organizing and analyzing data to make informed decisions. It's crucial to have accurate information in any business, and I take pride in ensuring that everything is running smoothly.

I'm a Royal Roads University Commerce graduate that grew up in an Ag Dealership sweeping floors. I have a deep passion for continuous learning and believe that authenticity is key to success. I also love to run during my free time, it's a great way to clear my mind and stay healthy.

I have been working in the parts department for over 27 years, starting in 1996 at Kroeker Machinery Sales which eventually became genAG Inc. My passion at work is working with our customers and employees. I love switching customers over to the brands that genAG sells and making sure that they are happy with their purchases.

I believe that what sets me apart is my determination to never let a customer down. I am confident that I can find any part for any machine known to man. Over the years, I am proud to have built a great team and consistently hit record parts sales year after year. I have even received awards for the highest parts sales for a Horsch dealer!

Although I didn't grow up with a farming background, I love being with customers and learning more about what they need. I grew up in many places in Southern MB and got married in 1998 to Andrea. We have two kids, Ethan (19) and Brooklyn (16). I used to bowl a lot when I was younger and represented Team Manitoba and Team Canada in tournaments.

I’ve spent the last 18 years working in agricultural service, with 15 of those in service management. Along the way, I’ve picked up a few certifications—Service Management Levels 1, 2 & 3. I’ve been fortunate to work with great teams, helping to build a strong service culture while managing things like P&L reporting and day-to-day operations.

Farming is in my blood—my father was an agronomist, and I spent summers working on farms, including one that’s now a genAG customer. I’ve always loved being part of the agriculture community and doing what I can to help farms thrive.

Outside of work, I’ve had some interesting adventures, including a few years in the Arctic drilling for diamonds. And on a lighter note, I’m severely allergic to duck eggs—thankfully, chickens and I get along just fine! I feel lucky to be part of genAG, where I get to learn, grow, and be a part of something bigger every day.

I graduated with my CGA, CPA designation in 2015.  I grew up on a farm, and I love that I can “combine” my love of Accounting & Business to serving the farming community.  I’ve been known to enjoy having a little fun at work through things like harmless pranks, or small jersey swapping Sports bets.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hanging out with my wife and 3-year-old son, modifying his 20V Ride-on ATV (amongst other things), golfing, or doing weekend warrior stuff that I will suffer from for the rest of the week.  I also love volunteering at Church and as a Board Member for P.V. Pregnancy Care Centre.

With a Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting and a specialization in Human Resources, I've always been driven by a genuine curiosity for understanding people and what makes them tick.

As a CPHR Candidate and recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal in Business Administration, I bring a mix of heart and strategy to every challenge. It’s my passion for building authentic relationships and navigating tough conversations that fuels me each day. I believe that through strong connections and open communication, we can move mountains together.

Outside of work, I’m all about family, friends, and the great outdoors—whether it’s fishing, hunting, or hiking, that’s where I find my balance.

Growing up on a small hobby farm south of Morden instilled in me a deep respect for hard work, determination and the value of relationships. These values are at the core of everything I do, both personally and professionally. With a wealth of marketing experience under my belt, I am committed to helping genAG achieve it’s goals and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. At the end of the day, it's the people that matter most and I take great pride in supporting them every step of the way.
