I'm a Royal Roads University Commerce graduate that grew up in an Ag Dealership sweeping floors. I have a deep passion for continuous learning and believe that authenticity is key to success. I also love to run during my free time, it's a great way to clear my mind and stay healthy.

I was inherited to genAG from the KMS buyout. They put new t-shirts on me and the rest is history.

I've been serving the row crop industry for 25+ years and have gotten to know plenty of folks over the years. 

When I'm not working, I work on my "Mr. Bean" impression. I've been told I'm pretty good at it.

I have been working in the parts department for over 27 years, starting in 1996 at Kroeker Machinery Sales which eventually became genAG Inc. My passion at work is working with our customers and employees. I love switching customers over to the brands that genAG sells and making sure that they are happy with their purchases.

I believe that what sets me apart is my determination to never let a customer down. I am confident that I can find any part for any machine known to man. Over the years, I am proud to have built a great team and consistently hit record parts sales year after year. I have even received awards for the highest parts sales for a Horsch dealer!

Although I didn't grow up with a farming background, I love being with customers and learning more about what they need. I grew up in many places in Southern MB and got married in 1998 to Andrea. We have two kids, Ethan (19) and Brooklyn (16). I used to bowl a lot when I was younger and represented Team Manitoba and Team Canada in tournaments.

I have 18 years of experience in agricultural parts sales and customer service. I'm particularly passionate about potato and forage harvesting equipment, as well as parts reports and number crunching. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and competing in bowling or playing a round of golf.

I genuinely value faith, family, and friends. As someone with over 3 years of experience in agricultural parts sales, I understand the importance of accuracy and excellence in my field. I believe in welcoming our customers as friends and ensuring you are my top priority.

One of my fondest memories is riding around the village with my grandfather on his old, puttering tractor. I loved feeling the wind in my hair and being in control of the steering while he worked the pedals and brakes. As I've grown older, I've realized the value of authenticity and strive to be the same way with everyone I meet. Whether I'm with family, friends, or customers, I believe in being genuine and true to myself.

I have a background in farming, having worked on a farm for 8 years before joining the team at genAG. It's always great to see individuals with a passion for agriculture bringing their expertise to the table. In addition to my love for farming, I also enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking and mountain biking in my free time.

I’ve been with genAG for 6 years now and have to say there are rarely dull moments. Agriculture is such an exciting industry to be a part of! I speak both English and German fluently, and it comes in handy in my daily work.

At genAG, building relationships is a key part of what we do. Personally, I am extremely passionate about it. I believe that by fostering strong relationships with our customers, manufacturers, and each other, we can create a better experience for everyone. Additionally, I am always looking for ways to improve efficiencies and streamline our processes. I believe that by constantly learning and growing, we can stay ahead of the curve and continue to provide the best possible service. On a personal note, I have always wanted to learn to play the piano well. It's a goal that I am excited to pursue and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

I couldn't be more thrilled to be working in the field of farm equipment. I've been passionate about it since I was a kid, and it's been a privilege to make a career out of something I love. Family is everything to me, and I feel so grateful to have a tight-knit family that supports me every step of the way.

By the end of 2023, I am excited to have earned my Red Seal Agricultural Technician certificate. I believe in the importance of having a strong foundation in this field and I am committed to achieving this goal. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my loved ones and recharging my personal battery. Being surrounded by family and friends fills me with joy and positivity, which helps me stay focused on my professional goals.
